Problem Note 55092: The "Include header row" option is inactive (grayed out) when "Positional" is selected as the output type in SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio

DetailsAboutRate It

When creating an export definition in SAS Customer Intelligence Studio using Positional as the output type, it is no longer possible to include the header row as an export option. The option is grayed out.

As a workaround, do the following:

  1. Create a new export definition.
  2. Select Delimited as the output type and select the Include header row option.
  3. Save the delimited export definition.
  4. Re-open the definition and change the output type to Positional.
  5. Make sure that the check box Include heard row is checked but grayed out.

A fix is planned for a later software release.
